BOOTS
The rule of the league is "molded soles" (it means closed toe---you can wear sneakers).
Actual rugby boots are the same style as soccer cleats!
YOU CANNOT HAVE A TOE SPIKE LIKE FOOTBALL OR LACROSSE. We "can" use a file to save money if desired.

Save money! This is YOUTH rugby. It's about fun. World Rugby Shop, great for many things, is happy to take $300 for a set of boots.
Boots have three flavors - short, mid, and full. It is 100% player preference! Wear what makes you comfortable. Less comfort = less fun.

99.9% of soccer cleats will work (just no toe spike) - - here are some options if it helps - - if you have football cleats and want to science them to rugby boots. . . ask one of our coaches (free of charge).

MOUTH GUARDS
Other than state/league rules...you will not find many rugby coaches that will let you play without a mouthguard!
